What is necessary to claim the reward?
In order to claim a reward, you must go through the claiming process and meet the applicable eligibility requirements for the pala privileges program. You must be registered in the pala privileges program and connect your privileges card to the online mypalacasino account in the app.
If you do not have a pala privileges card, you will be given the opportunity to join by filling out the current web form online. (you can still earn points while they wait for your card.)
Once you accumulate enough point, you can then exchange rewards points for the real-world reward. The rewards points will be debited from your account. Once you have exchanged reward points for a reward, you have “claimed” that reward.
